Meet the Owner

Heather Andersen has been a trainer for over 30 years. Kills fat for a living. Also offers relatively inexpensive therapy, coupled with fat reduction, muscle building, or rehab work for whatever might be messed up!! Works with kids as young as 5 to those as numerically mature as 90, people with mental issues, disease, cancers, immune deficiencies, joint replacements, weekend athletes to pros, all of which require constant study and research to provide the best routines for the need.

Khris Rollins

With 34 years of experience as a personal trainer, Khris specialize in developing power, strength, and speed in young athletes through a tailored program to better suit his clients. Khris works with clients ranging from ages 8 to 80, focusing on weight-bearing exercises, core strength, and providing nutritional guidance.

Tracy McGarry

A certified personal trainer and nutrition coach who helps women lose body fat and gain lean muscle. Tracy empowers clients by demonstrating gym techniques and transforming their relationship with food. Tracy’s motto is “Train smarter, not harder,” guiding clients to achieve their fitness goals through efficient, sustainable methods.

Jordan Clower

Jordan has been a personal trainer and nutrition coach since 2005, working with clients of all ages, from young children to the elderly. He specializes in weight loss with a strong emphasis on strength training. Additionally, Jordan excels in youth strength and conditioning, preparing young athletes to excel in their sports.
